We would like to introduce a frozen farm-raised Siberian Sturgeon (Acipenser beirii) from Uruguay.
The sturgeon is farm-raised under controlled aquaculture conditions with full traceability. The product is available as HG, HON in different sizes, from 1-3 up to 8 kg+.
The main available volume is in the 1- 3 kg size.
The product is suitable for further processing, filleting, smoking and HORECA/foodservice applications.
The product meets international standards and is certified according to HACCP, Global G.A.P, FSSC 22000 and FDA requirements.
