1.- Whole Roes Compact Block (Premium): - Whole gonads (both sacs), individual sacs accepted, <10% rupture. - Without transparent roes (mature ) - No viscera, fish, visible parasites or foreign materials present. - Minor bile is accepted in natural distribution. - With peritoneum - Packaging 3 X 6.5 Kg. - INDIVIDUAL BAG WEIGHT MUST BE GREATER THAN 20 GRAMS (> 20 grams) Skinny roes are not accepted, the bag must be full. | |
